1. Can I buy a mask and use it without filters?
You can buy a mask and use it with or without a filter.

2. What are the benefits of using a filter?
Adding a filter to a face mask may offer extra protection to the wearer, instead of just those nearby.

3. How many times will I be entered into the giveaway contest when I buy a mask?
You will be entered once.

4. Is there only one winner per giveaway?
Yes, there is only one winner.

5. How will I know if my mask is shipped and on its way?
Once your mask is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking info.

6. Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not have international shipping.

7. Do you refund shipping fees?
No, we do not refund shipping fees.

8. I received a defective mask , what do I do?
Please send us a picture of your mask at fulfillment@shoptogether.ca .

9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.

10. How do you choose your giveaway winners?
We engage the services of a third party facilitator to conduct a random draw of all eligible entrants. They are government approved and compliant.

11. What are my chances of winning a giveaway?
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received before the Contest End Date.

12. When will you announce the winner?
The Contest Rules for each giveaway set out the date the winner will be announced. 

13. Are residents of Quebec eligible for the giveaway?
Yes, they are eligible to be entered into the giveaway.

14. What sizes do your masks come in?
Our masks come in sizes for adults and kids.

15. Is there a limit on how many masks I can buy to be entered into the giveaway?
There is no limit on how many masks you can buy.

16. Do I have to be 18 and older to be entered into the giveaway?
Yes, you must be of legal age.

17. What is your returns policy?
We do not provide refunds unless your mask is defective.

18. Are these masks suitable for children as well?
Yes , we have masks in kids’ sizes.

19. How will I know if I won?
You will be contacted directly by our company by email or by a phone call.

20. If I return my mask, will I be removed from the giveaway?

21. How will I know if this giveaway is legitimate?

22. If I live outside of Canada, can I enter?
No, this giveaway is for residents of Canada only.

23. Will my entry be valid for the next giveaway, or do I have to enter again?
Your entry is only valid for the current giveaway.

We start processing your order as soon as you receive it to ensure that you receive your item ASAP. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it.
